Meet the chiefs of happinest

I am Graduate Architectural Technologist with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. I have 25 years’ experience in the construction industry performing various roles. My experience gives me a practical & logical approach when designing a new project. In my spare time I love to walk and listen to music.
Dan is our head of business management and marketing. With 20 plus years in this role. Overseeing the general running of day-to-day business. Dan spends his spare time watching or playing sports and watch collecting.
Adam is in charge of our busy team of Architectural Technicians, 3d Renders, Planning Consultants and Structural Engineers. Adam enjoys fishing and art in his spare time.
Teresa has a 20 plus year background as a senior customer service manager and heads up our busy team of office workers and planners. Teresa loves spending time with her family and a glass of wine in her free time.
Dom heads up our creative 3D Visuals team bringing to life the beautiful extensions we design. Dom has recently become a dad and loving being a parent although not the sleepless nights!. When Dom does have spare time he loves days out with his friends and family, bike riding.

Max heads up our busy Planning team. When Max is not submitting, managing & chasing Planning approvals he can be found at a music studio or motorsport event. 

Steve was born and bred in Yorkshire. I believe that I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in property having worked in this industry for the last 22 years. I enjoy travel, socialising and playing golf. I love spending time with my family.
Paul lives in Poole, he has been actively involved in Property Development for over 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, watching sport and messing about with Cryptocurrency.
